Job DescriptionSenior Engineering Program Manager, Clinical Voice Technologies - Enterprise Information Services - located within Providence footprint of states (WA, OR, CA, AK, MT, TX, NM)
The Senior Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services). Their responsibilities span the life of the solution or service and include collaboration with Engineering and business stakeholders, engaging with caregivers, working with Engineering to define the solution or service, managing the release, establishing the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem, and connecting with and supporting the caregiver community. This role will work in a fast-paced environment, have constant demands for on time delivery, and will require understanding our customer needs, analysis and design, strong problem resolution, decision making, communication and partnering skills. Collaborating with the business, fellow IS organizations, and the project teams will be critical for success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or equivalent educ/experience.
- 5 years Related experience; 5-8 years preferred.
- Strong program and project experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Clinical Voice platforms, including Nurse Call and Vocera
- Experience with Contact Center and Phone Operator applications
- Experience with SCRUM, ADO, Agile
- Master's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
Salary Range by location: *hourly listed - position is salaried

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
